How do I know which lodging package to choose?
You will see a list of lodging options when you create or login to your ABC account (Step 5 - Lodging). You can click on the "More Lodging Details" button for more information. You can also click on the MAP button to see a map with hotel location in relationship to Ashland Middle School.
The lodging package includes every night from June 18 through July 5 (checkout July 6). Breakfast is provided at each of the hotels June 19-July 6.
In addition, the lodging package includes lunch (+ July 3rd dinner) via our professional caterer. This meal is served at the AMS Cafeteria every day except June 18, 19, 26, 27 and July 4.
The cost of hotels vary depending on selection. The Flagship Inn is the closest to the school and Ashland Hills is the farthest. Many candidates have cars, so carpooling helps transport everyone to and from AMS, as needed.
