WIBC Honor Band Deadlines and Other Important Dates
Auditions
Honor band auditions open around late August.
10/9/2026- (end of day) Auditions close.
Audition Results
10/15/2026 - Results released to students, parents, and band directors.
If students are accepted to one of the WIBC honor bands, the music will be available for download in their My Music webpage. Students should print their music as soon as it is available to begin practicing. Bring your music with you to WIBC. Music will NOT be shipped to schools.
Registration Deadlines (Accepted Students)
10/23/2026 - Last day to complete registration & lodging.
10/23/2026 - Last day school can set up payment.
11/20/2026 - Arrive at WIBC hotel (check-in from 4 to 10 pm)
