What are the lodging options at WIBC?
Double Occupancy (3-night stay)
Starting in 2023, we are offering double occupancy so students can choose to have only one roommate at the DoubleTree Hotel. When students register for WIBC, they need to choose the 2 per room option. You can only room with friends with the same type of occupancy (double - in this case). Double occupancy is double the lodging cost and is only available as a 3-night stay option.
Quad Occupancy (2- or 3-night stay)
We still offer the more affordable quad occupancy lodging option as well. When students register for WIBC, they need to choose 4 per room option. Students can only room with friends with the same type of occupancy (quad - in this case). We cannot guarantee that the group will remain a group unless you have all four slots filled.
