How do I apply for my band to perform at WIBC?
Visit our WIBC Band Audition link to create an account with WIBC and upload your band audition files. You will be asked to upload three pieces with contrasting styles (20+ minutes). The recordings must be from the past 3-6 months.
Deadline is April 1st for the 2026 WIBC Convention!
You will be notified via e-mail if your group was selected to perform at an upcoming WIBC. To help plan for your performance tour, here are the dates for upcoming conventions:
WIBC always takes place the weekend before Thanksgiving.
48th ANNUAL CONVENTION:
Friday, November 20 - Monday, November 23, 2026
49th ANNUAL CONVENTION:
Friday, November 19 - Monday, November 22, 2027
