What are the lodging options at WIBC?
Double Occupancy (3-night stay)
We offer a double occupancy option so students can choose to have only one roommate at the DoubleTree Hotel. When students register for WIBC, they need to choose the 2 per room option. You can only room with friends with the same type of occupancy (double - in this case). Double occupancy is double the lodging cost and is only available as a 3-night stay option.
Quad Occupancy (2- or 3-night stay)
We still offer the more affordable quad occupancy lodging option as well. When students register for WIBC, they need to choose 4 per room option. Students can only room with friends with the same type of occupancy (quad - in this case). We cannot guarantee that the group will remain a group unless you have all four slots filled.
