What is the total cost to attend WIBC (lodging/participation fee)?
The participation fee is $290.
The total cost for lodging and the participation fee is $405 - $610 per student
(depending on lodging nights - see below).

Lodging:
- $115 for Saturday and Sunday night (2-night) 4 students per room
- $160 for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night (3-night) 4 students per room
- $320 for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night (3-night) 2 students per room
- No other rooming nights are available under WIBC arrangements
All Doubletree Hotel lodging for honor band members must be arranged directly
through the WIBC office unless the director or a parent is making separate arrangements
for lodging not managed by WIBC staff. The parent must then notify WIBC, in writing (email link below),
where the student will be staying and under whose guidance. Include address and
phone number where the student will stay during WIBC.
