RTM Software is retooling all aspects of the very complex web site that provides information related to The American Band College, Western International Band Clinic and Bandworld Magazine. It also provides a means to audition and screen high school students for the four 150-member WIBC honor bands, registration for students and directors attending WIBC and for masters candidates enrolled in our American Band College program at Southern Oregon University.

Randy McKee is a Business Department graduate of Southern Oregon University, where he was active as a trombonist and drumset player. He began his career as an accountant at Intel in 1991. During that tenure he discovered ways to streamline various aspects of their accounting system and developed in interest in computer programming. After he moved to San Diego, he worked for various software design firms during which time he wrote modules for the U.S. Navy, the Los Angeles Police Department and other companies.
